Frequently asked questions
Account and sign-in
- I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, enter your email and use "Reset password". We'll send a reset link via Supabase. If you don't see it, check spam or contact us.
- Can I switch from email to Google / Apple sign-in? Yes — sign in with the new provider, then email us so we can merge your save data onto the new identity. We need both addresses.
- Where is my progress? Save data is stored in your cloud account. Make sure you're signed in with the same account on every device.
Purchases (Gems and subscriptions)
- I bought Gems and didn't receive them. Force-quit and reopen the Game; the receipt validates again on launch. If they still don't appear within an hour, email us with your store receipt and we'll investigate.
- How do I cancel a subscription?
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Never Ending Hero RPG → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Never Ending Hero RPG → Cancel.
- Steam: Account details → View purchase history.
- Refunds. Refund requests must go through the store you purchased from. See our Terms of Service §6 for direct links.
Gameplay and progress
- Offline progress. Returning after 1+ minute simulates up to 7 days of fights based on your current zone.
- Prestige. Unlocks at Hero Lv 100. Soft-resets level for +25% ATK and +25% HP growth per prestige; gold, gear, and unlocks are kept. Spend Level Points and Prestige Points on permanent stat upgrades from the Status panel.
- Gem Power. Open the Gem Shop → Gem Power to roll permanent meta upgrades into Movement, Attack & HP, or Skill Cooldown tracks. Resets and rerolls cost Gems.
- Auto mode. Toggle auto-play from the bottom dock, then fine-tune behavior in the Status panel: move to nearest monster, fire skills, and fire damage can be toggled independently.
- I'm stuck on a boss. Use R for Stage reset to refresh monsters on your current zone, upgrade ATK and HP from the bottom HUD, and gamble at the Mystic Armory for better gear.

Found a bug? Post in the Discord #bug-reports board (join the community) or use the in-game Send feedback form in Settings. Include steps to reproduce, your platform and version, and a screenshot if you can. Account-specific issues should go through in-game feedback or email — not public Discord threads.
