Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zone Sweeper (the "Game") provided by Missroot ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s consent where required by local law, to play the Game.
2. License to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform store you used (Apple App Store or Google Play).
3. Local saves
Progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the Game, clearing app storage, or device failure may erase your save. We are not responsible for lost local progress. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Purchases
This version of the Game is free and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. If that changes, store billing terms will apply and we will update these Terms.
5. Conduct
You agree not to reverse engineer, cheat, or interfere with the Game except as allowed by applicable law, and not to use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, art, audio, and trademarks, is owned by Missroot or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
7. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free play.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Missroot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the claim (which is zero while the Game is free).
9. Changes
We may update the Game or these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms when posted at this URL.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
11. Additional terms for Apple App Store
If you obtained the Game from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Missroot, not Apple, and that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. In the event of a failure to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any), and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation.
