Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Never Ending Hero RPG account and all associated data at any time. This page exists to satisfy Apple, Google, and Korean data-protection requirements.

This is permanent. Deleted save data, settings, gem balance, and unredeemed virtual items are not recoverable. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through Apple ID, Google Play, or Steam — deleting your in-game account does not cancel a store subscription.

Option 1 — In-game (fastest)

Open Never Ending Hero RPG on any signed-in device.
Open Settings (gear icon, top-right HUD).
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account is queued for deletion immediately.

Option 2 — By email

If you no longer have access to the Game (e.g. you uninstalled it), send a deletion request from the email address on your account.

What gets deleted

Your account row (email, hashed password, OAuth identifiers).
Your hero save: level, gold, gems, equipment, zone progress, prestige history.
Your settings.
Your nickname, chat messages, and leaderboard entries.
Your wallet, daily check-in streak, and subscription record.

What we keep, and why

Anonymized purchase records — kept for up to 7 years with personal identifiers removed, to comply with tax and consumer- protection law.
Fraud-prevention signals — if your account was banned for cheating, payment fraud, or harassment, we may retain a hashed identifier so the same actor cannot immediately re-register.

Timing

Deletion is processed within 30 days of receipt (usually within 24 hours for in-game requests). You'll receive an email confirmation when it completes.

Cancel a subscription instead

If your goal is to stop being charged but keep your save, just cancel the subscription:

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Never Ending Hero RPG → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Never Ending Hero RPG → Cancel.
Steam: Account details → View purchase history.
